DISTANCE REIKI

Reiki’s origins trace back to early 20th century Japan with Mikao Usui, who developed the practice after a profound spiritual experience on Mount Kurama. He went on to teach this method to others, who then further developed and spread the practice of Reiki worldwide.

Distance Reiki is based on the understanding that life force energy is everywhere, transcending time and space, allowing practitioners to send supportive energy to a recipient who is not physically present. During a session, the recipient will be asked to sit or lie down and relax in a comfortable position. The practitioner will use focused intention and symbols to support relaxation, balance, and well-being.

Distance Reiki offers the convenience of receiving Reiki from the comfort of your home, without the need for travel, ideal for those who have difficulty leaving their homes or who prefer to receive Reiki in a familiar environment.

Each experience begins with a brief guided meditation followed by Reiki. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, clarity, or a deeper connection to your inner self, there are several experiences to choose from.
